All our deliveries are considered curbside and customer is responsible for unloading unless special arrangements have been made.

• To make a return, call 1-800-5-RIEMER (800-574-3637) or email us at info@riemerfloors.com to obtain a return authorization number. No returns accepted without this number.
• Returns accepted up to 30 days from delivery date.
• No returns or exchanges accepted on special order items or cut order merchandise.
• 20% restocking charge on all other items.
• Customer responsible for delivery shipping charges and return shipping charges.
• Only full cartons are returnable.
• Returns accepted between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday excluding holidays.
