Returned to Riemer because of service, selection and quality. My only choice was Karastan and Riemer stocks all styles and price ranges. Was lucky to hit spring Karastan sale that included upgraded padding. Salesman Tim Michon was tops. Attentive, not pushy or attempting to upsell. The installation team was amazing. No hassle and done in one day. Top notch quality all around. Riemer, Tim and Karastan highly recommended. Our carpet is like walking on air. Do not hesitate to go for Karastan or Riemer, you will not be disappointed.

Kimberly was so awesome helping us pick out floors. We had such a time finding the right floor and something in stock. After explaining our situation to Kimberly, she helped us pick out a better color and was able to find something in stock. I really appreciate the attentiveness that was given to our project. We ran into a snafu while prepping my mother’s home for sale. We were on a tight schedule when we discovered something different had to be done. My salesman, Pat solved the problem with wise suggestions and quick action. I had to replace carpet due to a manufacturer defect. I went in to pick something else. Knowing there was no commission to be earned Jerry Grzech was so willing to help me when I walked in the door and explained my situation. He is a great and knowledgeable sales person. He certainly knows his product lines. I would recommend him and Riemer for any flooring needs. Kathy was great in starting my claim process. I am so pleased with everyone I have worked with in this company and definitely will go back. The flooring you can get anywhere but the service is what is important and they excel with that.

Today customer service is virtually non-existent. However, during our recent home renovation we were fortunate enough to meet two of your floor installers, Joe R. and his brother. Not only did they do a beautiful job installing both our bathroom floor and our kitchen floor during our nightmare renovation, but they went above and beyond.
The amount of tile needed for our kitchen was short. Joe made a call for us to order more of the missing tile. He and his brother returned to finished the job without us having to call anyone. The kitchen pattern was more complicated than we imagined, but is just beautiful.
Joe and his brother represented Riemer Floors with such professionalism and class – I will highly recommend them and Riemer Floors to anyone who asks.”
